The book indicates that First Nations and Inuit believe in a Creator and traditional narratives about Creation. Many Nations have ceremonies and utilize smudging, healing circles, and medicine bundles. Circles have significance to First Nations. The book explains that the Sun Dance and Modern Ceremonies are intriguing to non-Indigenous people and have found meaning in traditional ceremonies.
