Tantalize: Kieren's Story, a graphic novel version of Tantalize, seen through Kieren's werewolf eyes, written by Creek children's author Cynthia Leitich Smith. In this young adult series set in Austin, Texas, the author has created characters such as Quincie, the high school student who has inherited her parents' Italian restaurant, and Kieren, her best friend who just happens to be a werewolf-human hybrid. Readers of Tantalize followed Quincie's point of view but now in this graphic novel readers can follow Kieren's perspective. The youth is faced with various challenges all the while attending high-school and keeping his love interest and friend safe from a vampire. The black & white artwork in this 187-page graphic novel is rendered by first-time artist Ming Doyle.
