Asha Frost is an Ojibwe Medicine Person, mentor, space holder and seer whose life work is to help connect us to the medicine that is within us. With a maternal and paternal lineage and relatives from many First Nations across Ontario, Canada, Asha Frost is from the Crane Clan (Aji-jaak Dodem) and holds membership at Neyaashiinigmiig (Cape Croker) First Nation.
